I think there’s a whole generation of skintellectuals out there who get the idea of supporting skin with prebiotic and probiotic derived extracts.

How do you build a skincare routine?
I think it’s really important when building a routine to ask what does my skin need – not what celebrities are doing – what do I need? That can change from season to season because of stress or the environment. Build a routine based on what your skin needs. Be very prescriptive and think about how I can heal myself and nurture my skin based on what its needs today.

I take down my neck and really massage it in. Use morning and evening and be consistent.
